Very calm experience
Victoria explained everything very carefully and answered all my questions perfectly so I felt at ease - she was very professional explaining what the next steps would be. My visit was a very calm experience.

Bridge for missing lower incisor
After some state of the art scans, an implant was mooted but on the day deep investigation revealed the bone was too low. A bridge was suggested as an alternative and the work completed yesterday. The very visible lower front teeth now look great. Many thanks to Tim for the initial work and Victoria for the bridge work. A charming and professional team. Thank you.

I could not fault my appointment
I had booked the appointment to look at what I had taken to be a tooth in my lower jaw which was gradually falling to bits. Mr Hutchins said immediately that it was not a tooth at all but a type of filling that had been inserted some time ago to fill the gap and that, if it was my preferred option, he could do the same again. He checked all my teeth and gums and took an x-ray of my jaw. We agreed that a repeat process was indeed the best option and he has now arranged a 45-min session in May for him to complete the job. I immediately trusted him: He was direct and pragmatic and I could not fault my appointment in any way.

Routine hygienist and dental
This was the most relaxing hygienist appointments I have ever had, and I've had a few! The team worked instinctively together and although they were extremely thorough I almost forgot I was at the dentist. After the hygienist I saw my dentist, and she explained with diagrams and in a calm manner the work needed. I felt in safe hands at all times.

Hygienist Appointment
I was seen on time. The hygienist and her assistant were very polite and easy to talk to.
My treatment was very thorough. I was made aware of a potential issue to be watched in the future which apparently had been there for a while but which no one had explained to me previously. It was clearly explained to me this time.
The practice is always very clean and well maintained. Receptionists are very efficient and helpful. Very easy to make my next hygienist appointment and I was asked about the requirements for my next check up appointment which I had already made.
On arrival I was asked if I had updated my medical history online before my appointment. I never get the emails asking me to do that which I have notified the receptionists about regularly at previous appointments. However, nothing has changed and I am still not getting the emails ahead of my appointments. I therefore have to do it on arrival for my appointments. It would be helpful if that could be looked in to.
Overall I would rate the practice very highly after this appointment.
