I had a very helpful, thorough and professional dental review visit with Mike Hutchings - there was plenty of time at my appointment for questions and further discussion.
The dental nurse helpfully contributed too and was aware of my other pending appointment with the hygienist and that I am on their cancellation waiting list.
I very much appreciated too that I was offered an alternative later time for my appointment that same day by Cathryn when I had been unexpectedly delayed earlier.

My experience

Although the dentist was running late at the end of the day, I was seen within a reasonable time, and Michael spoke to me as if we had only talked about my teeth the week before. He took the appropriate time to discuss some future possible treatment paths.

My experience

I saw Zac for a scale and polish (But with no polishing carried out) which was done before my 6 monthly dental review by Rachel Hinton. She noticed a couple of minor problems requiring filling which have been booked for 2 separate visits at my request. I cannot realistically comment on the outcome of my treatment yet. I have given 3 stars because, the survey did not allow me to leave that question unchecked, although I do expect it to be quite satisfactory based on my visit to Rachel

I was very satisfied with my experience. It is uncomfortable keeping one's mouth open for the duration but I don't see any way around this. I had no pain after the local anaesthetic wore off.
