On a very wet morning the initial welcome by reception was appreciated. I am also grateful for the use of the clean toilet facilities.
The appointment took place in a downstairs surgery which was bright & airy.
The receptionist following the consultation was cheerful & efficient.
As a child, I had very bad memories of visiting the dentist. Thankfully as a senior citizen & under the care of Dr Dan Beevers, my anxiety has decreased!

Root canal
Luca and Courtney were amazing! Courtney held my hand whilst Luca explained every step of the process to me so that I wouldn’t be frightened by noise etc. it took 3 hours to get there from Bideford, but boy was it worth it! Luca was precise and professional at all times. Even the parking ticket that I got did not upset me, as I was SO delighted that my tooth can finally heal.

Maintenance and discussion of major repair
My family and I have been patients of the circus practice and Dan Beevers in particular for getting on for 17 years I guess and as always he provides a brilliant service, approachable friendly informative concerned caring and utterly professional. Could not be better.

I have been coming to this practice for at least 20 years and have always had a good experience. I've had regular 6 monthly maintenance over that time and some work done (crowns). At every step they have not 'oversold' or pressured me into anything and I trust their advice and work completely.

Assessment and x-ray
I was very nervous as I hadn’t been to this dental practice before, the staff were very welcoming and quickly put me at ease. Then the dental nurse who came and fetched me was lovely, so was the dentist I saw and explained what he was doing and to expect next time.

Pain in plate due to old age
Dan Beever treated me, excellent as usual. Detailed explanation and very thorough.
Pain alleviated.Practice generally very welcoming and helpful staff. Unusual to visit the dentist with pleasure in all of my 90 years!!!! Mr Beevers is remarkable.

New patient examination
I had my first visit to the practice for a new patient examination. Jonquil was very thorough and included me in my treatment options. She and her nurse worked well as a team and the nurse was caring and looked after me. I was very impressed and would happily recommend Jonquil to my friends and family.

The dentist and assistant could not have been more friendly and reassuring. They made what could have been a painful procedure as comfortable as possible.
