Kind and reassuring

Patient, kind and reassuring. Good communication, clear terminology with attention to detail and a thorough, efficient approach. All the things that my dentist phobia needed to put me at ease.
Calm, well organised and polite admin staff. Highly informative clinician. Nothing else was required.

I couldn't be more impressed

The appointment was fantastic. I went in with a broken tooth expecting a short visit to confirm a treatment plan. I left with a rebuilt toot and I cannot see the join. Fergus and his assistant were brilliant and used some sort of technical wizardry and I couldn't be more impressed.

Helpful and reassuring

The way Eclipse took on an emergency NHS patient. Unfortunately not many practices do.
Staff and the dentist in particular were helpful and reassuring. Plus I have a further appointment booked already.

Excellent dentist and team for a scared client

Due to Covid and restrictions, I hadn’t been for a little longer than I wanted. I was anxious and scared as I have a bit of a dentist phobia. But the whole team made me feel at ease. The receptionist team were really welcoming and friendly. The dentist Niall took his time to explain in detail everything he was doing, giving me plenty of opportunity to take a break if I needed to. I definitely feel less apprehensive about my next visit now.

Appointment

Dentist great, no issues, but the lack of up to date equipment let the practice down. Impressions are still taken the old fashioned way when a more modern computerised method is available. More investment is needed in this type of machine.

Always treated respectfully

Only a few minutes waiting time. Had a thorough examination and two x-rays taken. Everything was explained to me. No treatment needed. I am always treated respectfully.

Very Professional

I was greeted by cordial and very helpful reception staff who showed me to the appropriate waiting area. The orthodontist was very professional and engaging. She gave me a thorough examination and provided a number of potential options. I was really impressed that she listened to me and we had a frank discussion about the pros and cons of each option. On balance, I decided not to proceed, which was a positive outcome in itself. Thank you.
