Called for an appointment for my teeth looking at and lady over the phone told me it would be £25. After my appointment a different lady informed me it was more money. Very poor service.
She told me the lady I spoke to was a trainee and got the price wrong. But I still dont see why I should pay the extra amount when I was originally informed the total anount was £25?

Fergus, my dentist, was cheerful and efficient and makes time to discuss treatment.
Adele, my hygienist is very efficient and does a thorough job.
