It was good overall and the dentist cleaned both the sides from the back teeth. However, somehow the front bottom teeth were missed to be cleaned. I didn’t want to review but this is the third email reminder so decided to review.

Eclipse is a brilliant dental practice. Everyone is very friendly, kind & reassuring. Today was just an appointment for new retainers. I originally had my braces here and the whole procedure was painless & easy.

Attended for a check-up. Also had an X-ray. All was done quickly, efficiently and painlessly. Results of the X-rays were shown and explained. All staff were friendly and helpful.

I am very pleased
I called in to make an appointment and got one for the same day a cancellation had come up. So the discomfort of a chipped tooth and lost filling was sorted quickly, I am very pleased.

Nothing that could be improved
My recent dental hygienist couldn’t have been better. Was delayed slightly, but was informed of delay by receptionist. Met by dental hygienist who greeted me with a nice welcome and then showed me to her room. Very professional care provided - with clear education of dental health issues and improvements to cleaning required. Being hyper-critical, there was nothing that could be improved.
