Very professional

The dentist was very professional, he explained the process to myself and my child putting us both at ease. He was very patient and understanding of my personal fear.

Friendly and helpful

The young man I saw was new to the practice, he was friendly and polite. Had a good examination of my teeth and gums. Discussed the way to clean them best. The dentist was friendly and helpful.

Visited for check up, all staff at Eclipse Dental were friendly and helpful. Dentist explained her concerns about some areas of my gums/teeth and what treatment could be provided, and how I could improve my dental hygiene.

As always, a very easy, smooth visit. I am a very nervous, scared and daunted patient who is always dreading my next dentist appointment but you would not be able to tell this as Ambika is always so friendly yet professional and she makes me feel at ease, and gives first class, thorough treatment and advise. Can't fault her, she really does a grand job.

Staff are very friendly, professional and welcoming. They will try to accommodate you where possible. The Dentist I saw (Fergus) is very good, caring and professional. I am a private patient with Denplan, I also recommend Denplan.

Always put me at ease

Every time I attend Eclipse Dental Care for an appointment I am always treated in a friendly, courteous, very caring manner by everyone.
Fergus always put me at ease and explains all work completed in detail before during and after treatment. After several visits now I find it much better being able to see the same dentist every treatment rather than a different person every time I visited with an NHS dentist.
