A quick painless appointment

Firstly I had to rearrange my appointment about 5 times as recently I’m poorly every other week since having covid. They were always understanding and fit me in again as soon as they could. I went for my appointment today and it was good to see restrictions had been lifted and things felt more normal. The ladies at the desk were friendly, I was seen on time. The dentist did a thorough check up, gave me some advice and I was out within minutes. A quick painless appointment just how I like it.

Urgent appointment

My appointment was urgent and I was slotted in with no trouble. Staff were their usual pleasant and friendly selves which goes a long way to easing any problems you feel you are about to face.

Superb customer service

Superb customer service and staff, wouldn’t say enjoyable, but bearable under the circumstances. Two teeth next to each other needed filling and was seemingly done well without knowing dentistry. Made to feel comfortable and was praised at times. I required extra injections which were not unpleasant. Overall a brilliant job done.

Thorough and caring

All the staff are friendly and you are at ease as soon as you walk through the door. My dentist was thorough and he explained everything to me. I then saw the hygienist who is also very thorough and caring.

I was holding my electric toothbrush incorrectly on a difficult to reach back tooth & Adele showed me the correct way. 😁. We are disappointed to hear that you went into the surgery 20 minutes later than your scheduled time. Please accept our apologies. We endeavour at all times to run to our scheduled appointment times. However, on very rare occasions, something unexpected may have happened in surgery such as a treatment taking longer than planned due to unforeseen circumstances. We would happily look into this and investigate why you experienced a delay, but as your review has been left anonymously we are unable to do so.
