Informed me of all my options

I had an appointment with Mathew to discuss concerns having recently lost a few molar teeth.
I had plenty time to ask questions without feeling rushed. I was interested in having dental implants.
Mathew informed me of all my options and I felt relieved that something could be done.
I came away feeling I had be given all the information I needed to make a decision.

Absolutely professional from the receptionist to the dentist. I was a bit nervous about having a tooth removed, not a problem, very reassuring and put me at ease, over and done in 5 mins. Excellent care.

Nothing was rushed

Alyia is very patient and explained everything to me in detail, nothing was rushed.
She knows I am anxious and nervous about appointments, but does her best to help me understand what is required and involved.

We are concerned to read that you "had to wait 7 weeks for a lost filling to be replaced". We would be keen to know if this was for your initial appointment for the problem to be assessed? We pride ourselves on accommodating any of our patients who are experiencing problems by making them an appointment to see a dentist within 24 to 48 hours whenever possible. At that assessment appointment, the dentist will diagnose the problem and formulate a treatment plan. At assessment they will provide temporary treatment if needed, to ensure the patient is comfortable and often make an arrangement for the patient to re-attend for a suitable appointment length to do the permanent work. As you have left your review anonymously we am unable to look into your case in detail. If you could contact the practice we can look into your appointment schedule. Many thanks.

Very friendly staff, reception and consulting room spotlessly clean and tidy. Appointment was made as an emergency and I was seen the day after I telephoned. Fantastic! I am a very nervous patient but was put totally at ease by Ambika. What a lovely caring individual. I need further treatment but I am confident that I am in safe hands.
