Very happy

Everything from being initially greeted on arrival, I was very happy with the temperature check and hand sanitiser, the lady on reception was very welcoming and I was made to feel welcome. Jarri and the nurse made me feel relaxed and at ease whilst I was having my treatment, I felt very safe with the precautions in place, all in all, a quite pleasant experience (for the Dentists!).
Thank you very much, see you again in 6 months.

Always lovely and welcoming

Sadia my dental nurse is always lovely and welcoming, I'm not very good with dentist appointments but she always makes me feel at ease, nothing is ever too much hassle for her and if she can help in any way she will.

I seen a new dentist a lady one she was lovely made me feel a ease as I am a very nervous anxious patient .. the dental assistant was so nice too I only needed a check up very pleased

My experience was very positive

My experience was very positive. Even before the appointment the information I received was very clear and informative. I am a nervous patient but I was made to feel at ease and Mark quickly gained my trust.

Amazing treatment

Both staff was very kind and helpful, couldn’t thank them enough. My mother suffers from depression and ocd and they was very considerate about that, my mum had no reason to complain, she has never experienced the treatment she received today due to it being soo amazing.

Very gentle

Replacement filling that had come out just before it was a year old. Was covered by guarantee and was free of charge. Work completed by therapist who was very gentle and explained the procedure.
