A superb example of professionalism provided by all of the staff who you encounter at the practice, in particular reception staff namely Geri and Sharon. My own appointed dentist Jarri is an examplar of in my opinion a professional caring dentist should be, and when required goes the extra mile.
However, although I have mentioned the names of the particular professionals above I would like it to be known that all of the staff are a credit to the Eclipse Dental practice in Batley.

Recent appointment

I have a lot of anxiety and panic about going to the dentist. I go for check up because if I don't how can I make my kids. I was told the lady I was seeing was good with anxiety and would be slow and gentle when doing my fillings, it took a lot for me to go and now I wish I hadn't. She kept trying make my mouth open wider when it was as open as it could go, she told me I had fat cheeks on inside, I am not a hamster, used some metal thing to clamp on my tooth I've never seen or wish to see again and complained at my flossing back teeth, when she couldn't reach easy with the tools she had how did she expect me to reach with normal hands and floss. I left shaky and feeling sick and needing to use grounding methods for anxiety and panic. I will not be going to her again maybe she had a bad day maybe she didn't like me but put me at ease and help alleviate my fear of dentist did not happen and 3 days later my mouth is still in pain.

Removal of broken teeth

From walking through the door to leaving again I was made to feel at ease. The receptionist greeted me like a friend while still doing her job professionally. I had my stick with me and was asked if I was ok with stairs.
I had broken some teeth and was worried about having the roots removed, Sadia (my Dentist) reassured me and was as good as her word. I didn't get the dental assistant's name but she was lovely too.

Explained everything clearly

My appointment was to have impressions made for upper & lower partial dentures. Jari discussed/explained everything clearly throughout the appointment.
The reception staff, as they always are, were welcoming, friendly, polite and professional.

Clean & comfortable

The service, as always, was very good, staff are welcoming, friendly & efficient & following Covid guidance.
Both the dentist (Fergus) & Hygienist (Adele) did an excellent job & offered preventative dental advice.
