Thoughtful and caring treatment given.
Please cut down on the reminders about my appointment - two on email and two on text. A reminder was sent asking me to complete the medical form which had already been done.

Always a first class experience
Always a first class experience going to Eclipse. They still have covid restrictions so they take temperature and ask you to wear a mask which is good. Mark my dentist is great and always good to have a chat with him. The other staff are always friendly and helpful.

Tooth extraction
Thank you so much for today, had an appointment for a wisdom tooth removing, I'm a nervous patient but Jarrie and Jo were so good hardly felt the injection and tooth was out in like 2 seconds, receptionist was lovely too, thanks again to everyone, its a big thing for a lot of people and makes you feel that you can go back and not be so afraid.

Dental hygienist
Saw Adele, dental hygienist for regular 3 monthly appointment. She was extremely welcoming, addressing me by name and asking how I was. She chatted to me to put me at ease and explained in enough detail what she was doing and gave me tips about teeth care. She was, as always, very understanding of my gag reflex. She is a star.

My appointment
The dentist (I always forget her name) is super nice. I always struggle in social situations and I live a very solitary life. She always makes me feel extremely welcome and answers all questions I have about my teeth very clearly. Previous dentists haven’t been like this.
