Welcoming and efficient
Made an appointment after receiving a text reminder. Appointment was quick but I can go anytime, cannot say how quick an appointment would have been if I worked 9-5. Good covid and hygiene protocols in place. Clear covid instructions sent prior to attending. Welcoming and efficient staff. My dentist was very welcoming too so puts you at ease. He was clear in his advice and informing me what was happening before he started any exam or treatment. In all a professional and efficient service.

I very much like the covid safety measures which are still in place. Makes the patient feel much more comfortable. Mark’s chair manner is excellent. Very relaxed and informative. All secretarial and assistants very cheerful, pleasant and welcoming.

I had an emergency appointment and had to have a tooth extraction, the dentist that did it was really nice kept on asking if I'm ok and telling me im doing well and he's assisted kindly gave me her hand for reassurance and to squeeze while getting numbed up, I was really nervous as I hadn't seen a dentist in quite a long time and they did their absolute best to calm me down and make the experience that little bit better I wish I could remember their names but unfortunately iv forgot, would highly recommend eclipse dental care definitely the best dentist iv been to.
