My tooth had broken
My tooth had broken on Thursday whilst drinking a cup of tea. I got my appointment for Monday. My broken tooth was very sharp. The dentist built my tooth back up and it felt great but unfortunately during the evening I could feel a sharp bit on the top of the tooth. It was very expensive to visit for the rebuild but can not afford to come back for the sharp bit. I am unsatisfied with the work done

Always a lovely experience visiting my dentist at Eclipse. The team are so polite and friendly. My dentist Mark always explains exactly what he is going to do so that puts my nervous mind at ease. I was recently squeezed in for an emergency appointment when I ended up needing root canal, always professional and reassuring throughout a treatment. The lovely ladies behind the desk and the nurses are always friendly. I’ve been going here for nearly 10 years and I will continue to go here forever.

6 monthly check up
The staff were very polite and helpful. The dentist carried out the checkup and pointed out I needed some dental work. He scheduled an appointment to carry out the work within 3 weeks. Excellent service.

Very thorough assessment
Jill did a very thorough assessment of my teeth and clearly described the relevance of different orthodontic treatments, bearing in mind my age, health and lifestyle. She mentioned possible pitfalls and did not push any follow on work. She was friendly and very helpful and I felt confidence in her.
