I was very impressed
I had a root canal at Eclipse as my NHS dentist did not have the expertise as there were complications.

Excellent appointment, pleased with the clean. Disappointed they don’t take credit card and there is now signs up about this. Dentistry is not cheap so to not have the option to pay by credit card is disappointing

We are disappointed to hear that you were unaware that we do not accept credit cards. We took the business decision in January 2018 not to accept credit cards. We do provide this information in our new patient welcome packs and on all cost quotations given to patients. However, we have taken on-board your comment about this information not being currently visible in the waiting area. This information poster was taken down when we redecorated recently and has not yet been replaced. Please accept our apologies for the fact that you were unaware. We have now placed a framed notice on our reception desk to inform patients and we thank you for raising this. Recent experience
I went for a routine checkup after ages. I was told upon getting checked you just need a good clean today because you haven’t been in ages but did not do anything besides X-rays and advised root canals. On leaving just gave me toothpastes which I found a little funny as they can be bought. But we can’t get a professional clean besides from a dentist. I am very unhappy as just because I am not a paying patient I didn’t get the service I require. I will re book my appointment and see what she can offer and if she will do some cleaning for me.

We are disappointed to hear that you felt the service did not meet your expectations. We hope that now our Head Receptionist Gerry has spoken to you earlier today, that we have clarified the situation and explained the restrictions that we have been working under during the pandemic. Dentistry has been very different over the last 21 months for both those working to continue to provide dental care, and also for our patients. However, we are pleased that we have been able to see our patients face-to-face from 8th June 2020 as soon as we were permitted to, after the initial lock-down.
