Eclipse Dental Care

I was seen at the allotted time and the treatment was explained again before it was started. Once underway the root canal treatment was done in a way that caused little pain and was performed in a very diligent manner, again with explanations of the work being undertaken along the way. I am very happy with the treatment thus far.

Quick, efficient, friendly, stress free service, informed every step of the treatment as to what is going to be done and what is happening, and if you are comfortable.

I expect first class service and in my experience this is achieved at Eclipse, staff have never been more than helpful with a pleasant manner I would recommend them to anyone.

Good and clear information before you are able to enter the premises. You are met by a member of staff who asks you some covid related questions then asked to go to the reception to book in for my appointment. The Dentist put me at ease straight away and explained what he was going to do and everything went smoothly. I was then asked to go back to reception to make a follow up appointment which we did and then they said I would receive confirmation of my appointment so I had a good experience.

Pleased to leave a thank you for my treatment, I couldn't talk properly with having my gums frozen for my treatment but thanks see you in 6 months.

Waiting time was not excessive considering the extra cleaning due to covid. The appointment was a late one to suit my working hours. I was put at ease and treated with care and respect. I was given appropriate advice, I am happy with the service.

I saw Fergus Machin for the first time this morning. He was extremely polite introduced himself and was helpful and informative. He gave me some information regarding a problem I have with my jaw. Was reassuring. I will feel happy to visit him again. A very positive appointment.

I have been a customer of the practice for many years. I don't think that many people enjoy going to the dentist one the pain and two the bill, but I must have to say as a child going to the school dentist I used to be afraid but no longer at Eclipse they give great customer care. The staff on reception and dental nurses are very friendly and a lot of the staff have been there for many years which speaks for its self.
I am sent appointments and reminders on time, I am always able to get an appointment that suits me.
The dentist is very friendly puts me at ease. He shows and explains things at a level that I understand and always asks my opinion.
He can remember what we were speaking about years ago which amazes me about my well being.
The practice is always clean and tidy.
I am not waiting long when I arrived always on time.
I was informed today of costly work that may need to be done in the future and the dentist suggested that I look into my policy to make sure that veneers are covered this information has allowed me time to look into this before I need the treatment.
I have no faults with the staff or the practice it's a credit and I hope to attend for many more years.

Reception staff have always been welcoming and in the times were having its very professional, they are having a worrying time too but still remain warm and welcoming. Keep up the good work and I hope you pass my review on to your lovely staff, thank you and stay safe.

Whilst going to the dentist for most isn’t one to look forward to, it really helps when you have one as good and as friendly as the people here.
