Outstanding

This dental surgery is outstanding. The reception staff, the dentist and dental nurse I saw were all very friendly and knowledgeable and in particular, the dentist I saw. He took a lot of time to investigate the problem and thoroughly explained all possible treatment options. The surgery was clean and I didn't have to wait long at all.

My overall experience at Eclipse Dental Care today was excellent. My dentist put me at ease, listened and advised. She was approachable and smiled all the time. Her assistance was also friendly and together work well and made a good team.

A fantastic team

At Eclipse there is always a warm welcome, whether it be on the phone or in person. Every member of staff I have ever met have been kind, courteous, helpful and understanding. The dentist I saw made me feel like I was in a first class, private practice. I actually enjoyed my visit and the advice I was given, well done Lewis, the amazing reception team, the management and everyone else who makes this a fantastic dental care team.

I’m always put at my ease

I have an unreasonable fear of the dentist but I’m always put at my ease from the reception staff to the dentist.
I’m never rushed or treated with impatience. It’s a great team.
