The appointment was prompt and professional service from a young man who was not fully experienced in the root canal work but took advice from a more experienced dentist and I was always kept informed of procedures.
I always felt comfortable with the dentist and his assistant and could not have wished for better care.

Helpful and efficient

I have been coming to this dentist practice for over 35 years and I have always had excellent service and seen only two dentists, one retired and J took over looking after me.
I've always been treated in a professional and friendly manner.
Many of the staff have known me for a long time.
It's like a family, as S and G sort my appointments out and get me fitted in when I have any dental problems. They also understand when you ring up with toothache or any other issues with your teeth.
I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends and family.
They are very helpful and explain things to you throughout your procedure.

Treated me with care and understanding

I am always anxious about visiting the dentist, particularly in view of my gag reflex. F saw me promptly and immediately put me at ease. He spoke gently and treated me with care and understanding, frequently checking I was ok.
My appointment with J was late, sitting in the waiting room for about half an hour. However through the treatment, she was understanding and she tried hard to help me through it.

All the staff are making sure it is a covid secure environment. I arrived at my appointment on time and was lead inside. Within a few minutes I was called for to go in and see my dentist. Again, all covid secure. Matthew explained everything clearly regarding my appointment and my concerns. Just a routine check up and all was fine.....
