As always, the procedure was excellent
As always, the procedure was excellent. There is rarely if ever any pain involved with my visits and this one was no exception. My teeth felt altogether cleaner and smoother afterwards.

From the kind receptionist and the gentleman that was my dentist I believe his name was called Kanal I apologise if I spelt it wrong but he was very professional and made me feel at ease from the start he and his assistant was very sweet and are a true asset to your dental surgery. The place is Covid safe for patients and for the staff, overall It was a very pleasant experience because previously me in a dentist surgery never mixed well. I am resting now I feel like I was in the ring with Mike Tyson, and he got the better of me but keep up the good and professional roles you all are doing. Well done Amanda. 😷

Gentle and approachable
A change of dentist after so long can be daunting, however I did appreciate being advised of it prior to arriving for my appointment. No need for concern in this case. Fergus is gentle and approachable, and when he asks for your input he actually listens!
Thanks are also due to the two lovely receptionists on duty around 12.45 on 28/09/21.

Bit of an emergency, wall of tooth filling broke away, going on holiday the following week so didn’t want to risk further damage. No problem finding a convenient appointment and fix.
