Recent appointment
Dentist and dental nurse were super, really friendly bubbly especially with my youngest (1 1/2yr old). Whilst waiting for their turn my youngest was running around (upstairs) and one of the staff members came to complain (keep them quiet there’s a surgery in process) well either get sound proof rooms or let the kids wait downstairs!!!

We are delighted to hear that you are happy with the service in surgery. Whilst we understand that it is very difficult to keep young children entertained in an environment such as a dental practice, our staff always bear in mind the risk of a child having an accident if they are running around. Our upstairs waiting area has a staircase leading directly out of it and the concern is that a child could trip and fall down the stairs if running around in the waiting room. Our staff have the welfare of all our patients in mind at all times. Many have had children of their own and appreciate that keeping children entertained can be difficult in some situations. Many thanks for taking the time to leave us a review.
