So patient and understanding

This was our first visit with our new dentist Ambika, as our usual one is moving to private patients only. My Daughter is extremely anxious with anything medical. However, the experience was such a positive one for her (and myself), Ambika explained everything and was so patient and understanding.

It was lovely to be greeted by Claire, who is always friendly and welcoming. We have been using the practice for over 20 years and will happily continue to do so. Thank you!

Great visit to the dentist. The set up is done so well so you feel safe during a pandemic to visit your dentist. Thanks for all that you do guys. Really appreciate it.

First Covid Filling

Had my first covid filling done by Fergus. Very impressed with the covid protection methods and felt safe at all times. No issues whatsoever, well organised and very well executed, thanks to all concerned.

A pleasant experience

Although I was not informed as such it appeared that the person before me was late in arriving until after my time and my appointment was thus delayed.
Apart from that slight hiccup there was the usual welcome and safety check on entering the premises and the efficient booking in.
Again on entering the surgery I was made to feel welcome, asked about any dental problems and then a thorough check up and informed of the results all with the customary pleasantness and efficiency.
This altogether made for a pleasant experience.
