I used to hate visiting the dentist and neglected my teeth a lot because of it. However after going private with Eclipse Dental Care I now look forward to my appointments and take care of my teeth. Dr Ferguson keeps me informed about the next steps in my journey and keeps me involved with the process. Everyone is so friendly and genuinely caring and down to earth. 10/10 recommend.

Appointment

Had a crown fitted after 12 month wait 12 months denplan payments plus £85. It had to be shortened so now metal can be seen at the top. Very unhappy.

On arrival we were met promptly, given hand gel and had our temperature taken and then shown to the waiting area, everyone we came in to contact with were very helpful, no concerns.

Everything excellent from start to finish.
It would have been nice if the toilet had been open without making a fuss as I came by bus and had a longish journey afterwards.

Thank you for taking the time to review our practice. Your feedback is much appreciated. We are delighted to hear that you are happy with our service. We are concerned however, that you felt that you would have had to make "a fuss" to use the toilet facilities due to the sign on the door saying it is not in use. This is purely because a member of our staff will sanitise it after each use and when the reception staff are busy dealing with patients, if the door was open for use as normal, we may not realise that it has been used in order to sanitise it. Thank you for your time when Gerry contacted you to explain the situation due to Covid safety procedures. Any of our staff are happy to open the door for anyone who wishes to quietly mention to them that they would like to use the facilities. We look forward to seeing you again soon. Many thanks.
