Extremely covid secure
A pleasure to visit Eclipse today to see the lovely lady hygienist. The appointment was extremely covid secure right from ringing the bell. I found the lady so friendly and felt immediately at ease. Great advice given throughout and a follow up appointment given. A lovely girl on the Reception desk also spent time chatting about a particular treatment that I am interested in. Also received an e gift card if I complete a survey (I apologise for not knowing names).

Recent experience
Just after my check up in November I got Covid so the follow up appt was moved to January. This and the next appt was cancelled by the surgery so it was March before I could have the treatment identified in my Nov checkup. I disputed the bill as they were trying to charge me again for another check up which I didnt have. I expected to pay the band 2 NHS amount as it wasnt my fault they kept cancelling my appts. It was eventually resolved but was made to feel I was in the wrong and the surgery was doing me a favour.
