All of the staff at Eclipse are always very kind and helpful, and going for an appointment with them during the pandemic is easy and really well organised. I took my two young children today for a routine check up and the dentist they saw was absolutely brilliant with them! Thank you!

Check up and visit to hygienist

I had two appointments on Wednesday 23rd February, a check up with Mark and also the hygienist. I was seen promptly for both.

I felt safe and secure

Today I attended for my dental appointment. I was understandably apprehensive as to how I would feel visiting the dentist during these difficult times, due to the covid virus. However, I can honestly say that once there, I felt safe and secure with all the safety measures in place. A credit to all staff.

I felt very safe

On arrival I was greeted by a member of staff doing health checks. I felt very safe throughout my visit. My dental practitioner was new to me he was brilliant and explained everything to me in a easy and pleasant manner.

The whole process was explained

Even though I had a tooth taken out the whole process was explained every step of the way,very professional from the dentist. Pain now receding as explained, but still 5 star. In these strange covid times nothing could have been done to make it safer.

Great service as always and with COVID-19 there was process was more quick than usual. Only Fergus needs to communicate with his patients.
