Gives me advice how to look after my gums and advices what equipment to use to help prevent my gum disease from deteriorating. Very supportive and understanding.

Outstanding

I was met at the front door after I knocked, by a young assistant with a pleasant smile and very polite.
(keeping that up all day, shows their dedication to customer service, I take my hat off to her.)
Once inside covid applications applied, temperature taken, sanitizer provided to me in my hands, no need to touch anything. Fully screened desks and marking on the floors.
Asked to a take a seat. All staff fully protected masks/visors etc. Very impressed by all aspects, very compliant and in the circumstances that we are all in, I find this outstanding.

A year ago I felt my teeth were on a downward spiral despite regular cleaning and I felt quite anxious about them. Consequently I have needed a reasonable amount of dental work over recent months which has not always been pleasant. However, I have always received excellent care and treatment with a clear plan of action to get my teeth to be as good as they can be.

The procedure was explained very well

The procedure was explained very well to me and although I was in the chair for just less than 1 hour I was comfortable and had no pain once fully numbed up.
