Matthew and team were brilliant, he spent ages making sure I really understand the process, what I should/shouldn't do to give it the best possible chance etc. There were many visits, but it has been so worth it, I'm thrilled with how the look.

I have been with Eclipse since it opend, today has been my first disappointment in the care I was suppose to get. I arrived in plenty of time for my appointment then 20mins after my appointment time still no news not even an apology to let me know thay are runnig late, nothing by this time I ran out of time so had to go to reception and tell them I had to go and cancel the appointment. Today was the worst I ever been treated by Eclipse, very disappointed, you let me down badly.
