Very well organised
My recent check up was very well organised and the surgery's measures for Covid-19 safety were both robust and carefully implemented - I felt safe from the moment I was walked in. It is pleasing to see the surgery is still able to provide a service to patients including routine check-ups.

I felt 100% safe
A crown fell out on Friday evening. I rang the surgery Saturday morning, expecting to get an answerphone but, to my amazement, a real person answered. My dentist wasn't working over the weekend, but the receptionist checked that I wasn't in any pain and made me the first available appointment that suited me. They were very thorough in the Covid checks and sanitising when I arrived and I felt 100% safe. My problem was solved within minutes and I was on my way, totally satisfied. Thanks Eclipse.

Takes the time to talk to me
I felt completely safe and was happy with the precautions taken on entry to the building. A warm greeting, temperature taken and hand sanitizer provided on entry and exit. My dentist and the dental nurse were wearing protective equipment and the chair I used was being cleaned as I was leaving. My dentist, Mark, is very patient and always takes the time to talk to me and put me at ease.

The customer welcome was good at the entrance. All checks were promptly given before going to the appropriate waiting chair. The appointment was slightly behind the time given but not more than about 5 mins.
I was surprised how quick my treatment follow up appointment will be. In the same week!
