The usual excellent care, from knocking on the door to leaving. All the staff are friendly but extremely professional in all they do.
I have been using this practice for 30 plus years firstly with John Bairstow as my dentist and now with Jari who is excellent. I first used the practice because I was a teacher in Batley but, despite not having worked in the town since the 1990s, now both I and my wife travel over from Bradford. I couldn't be more satisfied with Eclipse.

Pleasant and friendly experience
My visit to Eclipse Dental Surgery was a very pleasant and friendly experience and the standard of COVID requirements was excellent with distancing and sanitising and protective screens in the reception area. My dentist explained in great detail the nature of my treatment and I feel extremely fortunate to be a patient at Eclipse.

Arrived for our check-up. Felt very safe from the time we arrived to the time we left. Everything is socially distanced and sanitised in between each client. The reception team are very friendly and helpful. Jarry and the dental nurse are very reassuring and professional. Happy to recommend, 5 Stars.

Brilliant surgeon and nurse
Very impressed with PPE = as good as hospital and far superior to our GP practice where office staff, without even paper masks, walk through waiting rooms taking case files to GP, and go into surgery where patient still with GP.
Treatment top standard by brilliant surgeon and nurse, who make patient feel safe and important. Reception efficient and knowledgeable whilst being nice and friendly putting patient at ease.
Telephone bookings, and cancellations first class - with empathy and understanding of reasons for cancelling. First class service highly recommended.

I have never had a problem before. I have always been happy with the service.
On this occasion I was not checked in.
I was waiting for 15 mins after my appointment time because Jari did not know I was there.
I saw him leaving for the day and had to stand up to let people know I was waiting.
He then came back to see me.
It felt rushed and unprofessional as I could clearly see he was in a rush. The cost of my ‘7 min’ appointment was £48.00 which equates to approximately £330.00 per hour??? Jari even admitted he was running late to pick up someone from nursery.
I was a little upset to say the least but did not say anything as when I was paying another customer knocked at the door so I felt I was taking up precious time.
I am a regular visitor who pays for my treatment but I strongly feel that on this occasion this amount should be refunded.
