Nothing is too much trouble
I find the staff outstanding, they are all extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble.
Procedures in place for Covid 19 are as efficient as they can be, everything is explained to you verbally and in writing.
I have every confidence in the staff especially Matthew Collins who always carries out my treatment in the most professional manner and aims to make any treatment as painless and as comfortably possible.

Preparation for braces

Top service all round
Great initial contact through Reception who took my details and arranged a callback from a dentist before lunchtime which came at 11am. Very friendly and helpful female dentist who has triaged and arranged a suitable appointment. Top service all round.

Had an appointment a month or so ago for a clean up and a review.
I have been having problems with a root canal I had years ago, I originally got told that Eclipse could carry out the treatment. Then I receive a phone call to be asked to come in for another appointment, I asked if this could be done over the phone : been Covid aware and to save a drive, but no this couldn't be done over the phone....
So I drive over from Manchester which took an hour, to be told that Eclispe cant carry out the treatment! I had no idea why this couldn't be told over the phone, I got home at 6:30pm (two hours later than usual) and waste £15 on petrol. Complete waste of time and a journey.
