All very welcoming. You made us feel completely Covid 'safe'.. very good procedures.
Thank Tiny suggestion: the waiting area chairs were of a material that looks difficult to wipe clean: thank you for taking care of us.

Dental check up

On arriving at the dental surgery, I was met at the door by the receptionist. She talked me through what would happen during my visit. Everything was social distanced and as I was waiting, they were frequently cleaning the touch points. The dental surgery itself , was as always very hygienic and my dentist and assistant again talked me through everything. Overall visiting the dental surgery was a very good experience.

What a great team

Welcomed at the door with hand sanitiser and temperature check. Start to finish I was well looked after (as is usually the case) and I had my usual pleasant experience. The staff could not have done more to make everyone feel safe whilst still being super friendly and efficient. What a great team.
