It felt very safe
All COVID 19 measures were in place and it felt very safe. The staff are always friendly and efficient. Would recommend this practice.

The clinician was very friendly
The clinician was very friendly and got all the information that was needed in order to assess my childs situation. I know due to the circumstances its hard to get seen too but she did inform me they would get back to me as soon as possible.

Great experience
Lovely people, great welcome and my dentist Mr Machin made me very relaxed, as like many people, I usually feel quite anxious at the dentist, but not this time. Couldn’t have been treat better. Very reassuring, thank you.

I had an appointment recently and things had to be done differently so as to meet covid guidelines.
My experience was still a positive one and I believe I still got the same excellent level of treatment as I would have done pre covid.

I've never had a bad experience here at Eclipse, staff are polite and friendly, price is price but its best dentist I have had work done in, really like this place and Fergus is a top bloke.

My safety was their primary concern
It was obvious from the moment I walked through the door that my safety was their primary concern. I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable in the surroundings without any fuss or hesitance. Well done to all the staff at Eclipse.

Didn't really get the clean I was expecting at my routine check. I'm aware Certain equipment can not be used due to covid but still expected a good clean at the back of my teeth
