Ladies on reception always nice and helpful, friendly. The new dentist I had today was really kind and pleasant which helps when you are a nervous patient so big thank you to that man who put me at ease . Happy Xmas to you all.

Dental appointment

Generally very professional at the practice and no qualms about my treatment or advice! Reception staff were not as welcoming today as normal, however they could of just been stressed at that moment.

Very patient and calm

Staff are polite and helpful. Also I find my dental practitioner very patient and calm and he is always reassuring as I am a very nervous client due to past experiences.

Staff on reception were very caring and got me an appointment very quickly....90 minutes later. My dentist was excellent and his encouragement and treatment first rate.

Extremely good hygienist

Extremely good hygienist, very caring. The score is due to the struggle to book appointments within the timescale recommended by hygienist, and was upset having arrived five mins late couldn't see her when it was a genuine reason for lateness. In past I have been kept waiting.

I find everyone kind and friendly. My daughter and I have used the practise for 39 years and would not consider going to anywhere other than Eclipse.
