Excellent communication skills
Dental assistant portrayed excellent communication skills, dentist explained the whole appointment which was fab, lady who booked appointment was very friendly. The lady who booked follow up appointment was very friendly, excellent customer service skills from her, dental assistant had a smile on face as well.
