Constantly keeps you informed

Excellent service and always a warm polite welcome from the staff and very professional treatment from my dentist Mark whom is always listening to any worries you may have. He constantly keeps you informed as treatment progresses and then advises and informs regarding aftercare..

Staff very friendly and most welcoming

I have been a patient for 20+ years I have always found all the staff very friendly and most welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. The treatment I have always received is outstanding and non judgemental, every effort to make it as pain free as possible is made. Eclipse Dental is more than just treating toothache, I strongly believe they have a holistic approach to oral health. Friends think I'm slightly bonkers when I say I actually enjoy going to the dentist. Thanks to each and every one of the staff but especially to Matthew and Claire they've certainly had their work cut out with me.

Since our dentist left due to ill health we have had a few different dentists. Each one has been extremely friendly, professional and was updated with my childrens details. The reception staff are all lovely and very helpful. Extremely happy there.

Due to an unpleasant experience a few years ago with a dentist who no longer works here at Eclipse, I because very distressed about my visits to the dentist. However Fergus who I have been seeing for a while now makes me feel at ease and very comfortable.
