Carefully explained the procedure

Mark, the root canal specialist, carefully explained the procedure and the total cost to me, checked that I was happy with everything, and completed what had been planned, along with an extra tooth repair which he discovered as things progressed. It was a long procedure, but Mark made sure that I wasn't in any unnecessary discomfort during it and outlined what had been done, and the next steps to be taken at a future appointment.
