Dentist gave me an honest answer to advise i didn't need the work doing as wasn't as bad as i expected personally.
Visited with my young lad who all staff was extremely positive with him.

I had an appointment with Daisy today for an emergency dental appointment!
Daisy isn’t my usual dentist so I was apprehensive about attending. Honestly from the start to finish she was helpful, friendly, professional and made me feel at ease straight away.
I work in the NHS and I totally appreciate timescales and I was mindful the appointment was taking longer than probably expected as I was uncomfortable and further analgesia was required. Honestly keep being amazing! It’s the little things that make a huge difference and it was totally appreciated

Referred for root canal work
I was referred to Eclipse by my normal NHS dentist for root canal work. Appointment easily made and pre-visit medical questionnaire completed online. On the day of the visit, reception staff were welcoming and helpful as this was my first visit to the building. The extent and complexity of treatment was explained by the dentist, who was very approachable and professional. Fees were explained up front and further appointment easily made. I like my NHS dentist very much but would not be averse to switching to this practice should the need arise.

I have recently been assessed and started treatment with Fergus. What an amazing gentle man. I was very nervous but he explained everything clearly and I feel truly supported as i start the journey to hopefully better gum health. Explained the process at every step
My dentist told me my tooth was most likely unsave-able. I was really upset and asked if there were any other options. I was referred to Mark who saved it by redoing the failed root canal.
I cannot thank him enough. I’m absolutely terrified of dental work after previous bad experiences but he and Sue put me at ease, explaining the process at every step and most importantly being kind and caring.
