Highly recommended

My daughter is having orthodontic treatment with Jill. It’s a more complex case. Jill has been fantastic, is always friendly, professional and puts your child and you at ease. Her teeth are improving every time we see her. Couldn’t be more pleased with her care. Highly recommended.
The practice nurses and reception staff are also friendly, efficient and professional as well.

Fantastic service

I have been a patient at Eclipse for a few years now, the practice came highly recommended! The staff are second to none and the level of service I receive is fantastic.
My mum was also a patient but sadly we lost mum last year!
My daughter has also become a patient there and is also very happy!

Very considerate and caring

Mark and Sue were brilliant.
Mark was very considerate and caring. He saw me before my appointment for root canal and explained everything. During the procedure he was very focussed on how I felt and made every effort to deliver high quality dental care.

Staff were efficient, polite

It was a long sit in the chair but staff were efficient, polite and lighthearted, in the nicest possible way. Going back soon to have the work finished, could even say I'm looking forward to it, not something a dentist hears every day

Very reassuring

Appointment on time, teeth examined and given a thorough clean. Dentist very reassuring. Dental nurses and receptionists very pleasant and polite.

Owen is fantastic. From the second we walk in the room, he puts my son at ease. Chats about video games with him. He is also very professional, explains everything properly, and keeps updated throughout the process of any treatments making sure ok at all times. 👍
