Fergus is pleasant and has a good chairside manner and Vicky, as always, pleasant and caring. Nobody likes going to the dentist but you do feel to be in safe hands here. Not forgetting the girls on reception who always give you a warm welcome and are always helpful.

The dentists are lovely. But the reception and nursing staff lack professionalism and respect. My dentist got interrupted 5 times by nurses that kept coming into the room requesting things. When I went to pay for my treatment, the reception staff were all chatting and rushed to continue their conversations after I finished.
