Appointment

The dentists are lovely. But the reception and nursing staff lack professionalism and respect. My dentist got interrupted 5 times by nurses that kept coming into the room requesting things. When I went to pay for my treatment, the reception staff were all chatting and rushed to continue their conversations after I finished.

However, I am concerned to read that you feel that the support staff are "unprofessional" as this comment is very different from other reviews which give our support team very positive comments. I would therefore like to look into this further and find out which dentist you saw and on what day. This will help me investigate further. I have been attending Eclipse for a good few years now. The practice is amazing and the staff are great. The reception are so lovely and always quick to answer the phone. There is a good availability of flexible appointments. I have attended for checkups and in an emergency and they have always managed to see me. I see the same regular dentist who is really attentive. My dentist is knowledgeable and is aware of my current needs and provides professional advice bespoke to my care. Eclipse has a wide range of treatments and the dentists are sure to advise what is best for you rather than just selling you something you don't need. Keep up the amazing work team Eclipse, you're a pleasure to visit!
