Appointment

We greatly appreciate the way "Lewis" takes the time to explain what he is thinking and what he recommends. For a young guy, he shares an empathy beyond what one could reasonably expect or experienced. The reception staff always take the time for banter with the customers which is refreshing. Like everyone I suspect, I do not like paying for the service but....... and I certainly do not like HAVING to confirm agreement to having read the Review Policy. I do not understand it but it is almost certainly not for my benefit.

Pleased overall, but the dentist quoted £100 less than the actual cost in the treatment room, £220, at the desk I was informed it was actually £320, then I thought I had 3 visits to pay, but actually I only had 2 further visits, no option to use credit card.
