Friendly and knowledgeable
I attended as a walk in on one evening prior to closing enquiring whether there was an emergency appointment available in the coming week. The receptionist was lovely and attentive, the receptionist booked me an appointment for the next day. The receptionist made me feel welcome and my request being no trouble despite probably having a long day at work nearing the end of the receptionists shift. The same receptionist again provided me a warm welcome to me the next day as she booked me in.
I was booked in with my usual dentist who is friendly and knowledgeable around my care having frequently visited for a reoccurring problem. The specialist advice and treatment by my dentist is always comforting and ensures to provide me any anticipated long term plans. Eclipse Dental is a really lovely practice and the retention of the great employees Eclipse has makes the practice as highly respected as it is. I appreciate all the help I have received whether it is a check-up or an emergency appointment.

I was treated with care
Amazing staff who all looked after me, knowing I was worried about my treatment, I was treated with care throughout my journey by the dentist, the dental nurse and all the ladies at reception, thank you for going above and beyond and making sure I was fit to drive and feeling ok after my treatment.
