What a positive experience, a big thank you to everyone involved at Eclipse. From securing an appointment the same day by Clare, to being welcomed by very friendly & helpful reception staff. Afterwards treated so compassionately & professionally by Ambika & her dental nurse, who gave up their lunchtime to put my crown back on. I was so grateful for the genuine care, understanding & professionalism shown by everyone.

All good - except the WAIT!
I’m a private patient, I see the dentist twice a year for a check up. My dentist is great always giving excellent care, the dental nurse is kind, comforting and efficient. The receptionists are always great to talk to. My one request would be that if possible, you do more to keep appointments running to time. Some of us, your patients, find it very nerve wracking to visit the dentist. I was kept waiting 15 minutes this morning for which both my lovely dentist and the nurse apologised but it’s something that happens on most visits. It would make Eclipse Dental the perfect surgery for me if I did not have to wait say longer than five minutes.
