Root canal

The dentist was lovely, very informative and talked me through every step of the way, however I felt as if the dental nurse who I think was new was working a tad slow and took many attempts to use the machinery on me correctly.

Thank you for taking the time to review your experience at your recent visit. We are delighted that you were pleased with the way the dentist explained everything to you. I am concerned to read your comments about the dental nurse who appeared to be working quite slowly. We do have a small number of dental nurses at the practice who are enrolled on the Level 3 Dental Nursing Diploma Apprenticeship who are working and studying to become the qualified nurses of the future. All our apprentices have a minimum of 2 months working alongside a qualified dental nurse to gain knowledge and experience before they are allowed to assist in surgery. I would therefore welcome the chance to find out more about the details of your visit, but as your review has been left anonymously I am unable to look into which dentist your appointment was with and therefore which dental nurse was assisting them that day. If you would like to contact me at the practice at a time to suit you, I would welcome the opportunity to look into this further. Many thanks. Practice Manager.

Scale & polish

New dentist today called Lewis. I was a bit scared as I have a few issues, needed numbing & he & the young assistant made me feel very relaxed & he talked me all the way through it. I had several injections in my mouth too.

Friendly staff

Always happy to visit this dentist. Friendly staff and only recommend the treatment we need. Also picked up on a problem with an access on cheek and referred to hospital.

First-class

Care and treatment were first-class by hygienist and dentist, plenty of reassurance was given. Receptionists were all cheerful and clients were dealt with efficiently.
