Check up
I arrived within 10 mins of my appointment, welcomed, greeted with Happy New Year and told to take a seat outside Mark McAllisters studio.
Bang on the dot, was called through for appointment.
Check up done, small filling and clean.
Totally professional, start to finish.
One of the best improvements seen over the years is that often one makes a routine appointment, maybe 2 weeks or 2 months down the line.
Everyone living busy 24/7 lives it is easy to forget appointments but now, one receives text, email reminding them of impending appointment 24/48 hrs notice. Brilliant.

Mr & Mrs Double Appointment
I was booked into see the hygienist and my wife was booked in for a dental checkup.
Usual very friendly, but professional welcome. Both seen on time.
Thought I was given a thorough cleanse by the hygienist. Again very friendly, and very professional.

Consideration and kindness
Mark explained the procedure in detail and gave me time to ask questions. He put me at ease completely and during the procedure checked regularly that I was coping. Finally he ensured I understood pain relief options.
I really appreciated his consideration and kindness.
