With regards to my appointment today, the full 5 stars review speak for themselves.
No waiting time, the treatment/check was fine and I was involved the decisions regarding my treatment. The staff were great.

Always brilliant

Service provided at Eclipse is always brilliant, the girls put you at ease and are always chatty and very polite, just great to get on with every time you go.

Manual brushing is the future.

Happy with my fairly clean bill of teeth health today, very unique for me, it is rare I don’t need anything doing. My gums are looking really good and strong. I have changed from my electric toothbrush 2 months ago back to a manual teeth brushing experience. Dentist always recommend electric toothbrushes, but maybe it’s not for everyone. Sometimes you can’t feel how much an electric toothbrush is pressing against your gums, with a manual brush you can. Love the new rooms upstairs, nice and fresh and waiting area is Bob on apart from of course the fish tank. I think they should have a virtual tv fish tank. It really does help people relax a tad more when there is something of nature to watch. Always good with timing schedules, and staff are always very pleasant.

Eclipse Dental Care

The receptionist was friendly. One of the staff came to tell me that the dentist would be delayed about 5 minutes. The dentist was friendly and informed me of what he was going to do, why it was needed, what the results were. Cleaning of the teeth is uncomfortable but I don't think anything could be done. After the dentist, I went to reception. The reception was pleasant. Helpful.

Makes me feel at ease

I have been a patient along with my family at this practice for over 30 years and the staff are still as amazing as the first day I came. Always helpful and polite. Mark my dentist is very professional and makes me feel at ease.
