Recent appointment
Reason for 4 stars for waiting time is because my appointment was for 9-00 am, Dentitions didn't seem to arrive until 9-05. By time they had sorted themselves out it was almost 9-10 when I was called. Only a small thing but punctuality is important to me.

The dentist knew his stuff. He knew exactly where I was and what response to give. Just the support I needed and I found this helpful, coming from a health professional. Most definitely, someone I would work with, collaborative standards! I had an hour's root canal treatment. The mouth was numb, the rest of the day. It feels a lot better today!
