Eclipse Dental Care
I arrived to my appointment at the time scheduled and was sat waiting for around 10 minutes, the woman who I saw seemed very rushed and I never ever experienced pain like it when she cleaned my teeth at the end, they are still hurting while typing this, I’ve never known it to hurt before, it’s never hurt, but this was really painful.

Thank you for taking the time to review our service. This is much appreciated. I am disappointed to hear that you were not informed of the 10 minute delay when you arrived for your appointment. On occasions, the clinicians do unfortunately run behind schedule due to unforseen circumstances beyond their control. This might be that a procedure has taken longer than expected or we have treated an emergency patient in pain which has taken longer than anticipated. However, I have spoken to the members of the team concerned and reminded them that the patient must be informed if there is any sort of delay. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are always happy to receive all feedback as we can learn from such things and improve. I would be happy to discuss this with you in person but as your review has been left anonymously I am unable to obtain further details. The dentist and nurse were very professional during the repair work to my teeth. The end result was first-class and as it was my front tooth it was important and my wife and I are delighted with my appearance. An added bonus was being able to listen to the Cricket commentary on the radio.
