Very reassuring
This was my third time using this practice, my first was as an emergency appointment as I broke a tooth. The process was very simple and I was given an appointment within a day or so. The second appointment was a follow up to the emergency, and after a check up and x-rays, we decided that the tooth needed to come out and an appointment was scheduled. I’ve never had a tooth out before so I was quite nervous about it. The dentist I saw was very reassuring and had a very calm demeanor, she explained the procedure and kept checking on me throughout, unfortunately the tooth was more stubborn than either of us expected, but she persevered and after about an hour it came out.

Welcoming and relaxed
The reception staff were very friendly as soon as you walk through the door, very quickly seen by my dentist and dental nurse, both lovely, the dentist was very thorough and asked lots of questions about general health etc and asking me to see a doctor about raised bumps on my face, well done ladies, a welcoming and relaxed experience

The dentist was very gentle
I was very happy with the treatment I received. The dentist was very gentle and explained everything fully. As an elderly nervous patient I was very grateful for her caring attitude.
