Had such a surprise visiting today after needing an emergency appointment for 3days. I phoned many dentists and 111 everyday without any luck, after speaking to the receptionist I was very hopeful I would be seen to. Once I arrived was a very friendly and professional girl on reception, the dentist was great and informed me of my options and even went beyond to offer to take the tooth out on the spot. I will be driving 1hour to resume treatment with them. Even came to write a review on someone’s else’s account as I don’t have gmail. Anyway 10/10

My experience
Good experience as always with the dentist. However the receptionist really needs to work on her manner with people. Shes very rude and abrupt and even in the waiting area you can hear her talking to patients over the phone trying to arrange their appointments - not in the friendliest of ways "no it was your phone that cut off, not mine". Just not really an approachable environment- even when filling out forms, just a bit of politeness goes a long way - I'd dread to think how a person would feel talking to her if they were already nervous of the dentist.
