Considerate and gentle
Receptionist very helpful when booking in, was in the dentist chair within 10 minutes, very relaxing. Explained himself very well with each procedure at every stage, very considerate and gentle practices

How come when I go to a dentist referred by 111 as an emergency problem..the dentist says:" find a dentist to help you"
Why did I travel all that long distance then???
To tell me to find a dentist?? While I'm in severe pain???
